Role Description The Office Interior Architect at OFFICE CLINICALS will lead the design and planning of office environments, from initial concept development through detailed design and execution. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves translating client requirements into thoughtful interior architecture solutions, preparing space plans, layouts, and technical drawings, and coordinating interior fit-out details. The role includes collaborating with designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, conducting site visits and inspections, and ensuring that design intent, functionality, ergonomics, and brand expression are maintained throughout the project.

Architect will also participate in client presentations, support material and finishes selection, and help optimize project timelines and budgets while adhering to safety and building regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Architecture and Architecture to develop integrated design concepts and detailed drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Interior Fit-out to select materials, finishes, and coordinate implementation on site.
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to create efficient, ergonomic layouts that support workflows and employee well-being.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and visualization tools is beneficial.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design and experience in commercial/office projects are preferred.
- Robust communication, client-facing, and collaboration abilities, along with attention to detail and project coordination skills, are important.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and sustainable design practices is an advantage.
