Role Description The OET role is a full time, on-site position located in Araria. The team member will support daily production activities, including monitoring equipment, performing basic checks on electrical and electronic components, and assisting in line operations as per standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities include documenting work, reporting issues to supervisors, following safety guidelines, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain quality and efficiency. The role may also involve supporting routine maintenance,



participating in training sessions, and contributing to process improvements in coordination with technical and production staff.

Qualifications

- Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures and work instructions in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components or willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, and disciplined work practices.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team on the shop floor.
- Minimum educational qualification such as a high school diploma, ITI, or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required and readiness to work in an industrial on-site setting.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or automotive component production is preferred but not mandatory.
