Key Responsibilities:

- Successful Store opening & Overall project management:

- Operational Planning

- Quality Assurance

- Project Planning and Management

- Day-to-day coordination:

- Alignment/Coordination with cross-functional teams

- Performance Analysis

- Risk Management and Issue Resolution

- Budget Adherence

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a quick-service restaurant

- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously

- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including supply chain, staffing, store development and customer service

- Project Management Skilled (PMP Certification) with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and compliance requirements

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and taking decisive action

Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
