Role Description The staff nurse role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Centre for Aesthetics Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram. The Nurse will provide direct patient care before, during, and after aesthetic procedures, including preparing clients, assisting the doctors during treatments, and monitoring recovery and comfort.

Daily responsibilities include taking and documenting medical histories and vital signs, maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, managing consumables and supplies, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols. The Nurse will educate clients on pre- and post-procedure care, support follow-up visits, coordinate with the front desk for scheduling, and contribute to a calm, professional, and confidential clinical workplace.

Qualifications





- Valid nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent) with current registration from the appropriate nursing council.
- Experience in Hospital or clinical settings involving minor procedures is preferred.
- Strong patient care skills, including compassionate communication, active listening, and a professional, reassuring bedside manner.
- Ability to accurately record medical information, maintain clinical documentation, and follow established protocols and checklists.
- Knowledge of basic emergency care, vital sign assessment, and routine clinical procedures relevant to an aesthetic clinic.
- Familiarity with infection control practices, sterilization processes, and safe handling of medical instruments and consumables.
- Comfort working with aesthetic equipment and willingness to learn procedure-specific workflows and technology.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members (knowledge of local languages is an advantage).
- Flexible, team-oriented mindset, reliability in maintaining schedules, and a strong commitment to client privacy and ethical practice.
