About the Role

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Graphic Design Intern to join our design and creative team.

We are particularly looking for students or recent graduates from NIFT, NID and other premium/reputed design institutes with robust fundamentals in graphic design, visual communication and creative thinking.

This is not a Canva-only role. We are looking for someone who understands design beyond templates and can take an idea or brief and turn it into a strong, professional visual concept.

Key Responsibilities

* Create premium social media creatives for Startup Story
* Design graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, websites and other digital platforms




* Develop creative concepts for startup and business stories
* Design event creatives, speaker announcements, invitations and promotional campaigns
* Work on presentations, marketing collaterals and brand communication
* Assist in developing visual identities and branding materials
* Create infographics, illustrations, layouts and editorial graphics
* Work on typography, composition, grids and visual hierarchy
* Adapt designs across digital and print formats
* Maintain consistency with Startup Story’s brand guidelines
* Collaborate with editorial, marketing, events and business teams
* Participate in creative brainstorming and concept development
* Take feedback and implement multiple rounds of professional design revisions
