Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role is responsible for managing relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing timely support throughout the property transaction lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings and property visits, following up on inquiries, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams,



and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The Client Relationship Manager will also handle client feedback, resolve concerns, proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. The role requires regular collaboration with internal stakeholders and consistent engagement with clients to build long-term trust.
Qualifications

Solid client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of residential and commercial property markets and real estate transaction processes in the Greater Kolkata Area.
