The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Coach who genuinely enjoys coaching people not just creating plans, but guiding them through meaningful transformation. You will manage a portfolio of premium clients, support them throughout their journey, and become the trusted expert they rely on. As you grow within the company, you'll gain greater ownership, contribute to improving internal systems,



and increase your earning potential through performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular client check-ins through WhatsApp, phone calls, and video calls.
Create and update personalised nutrition and workout plans based on each client's goals, lifestyle, and progress.
Monitor client performance, identify challenges early, and make timely adjustments.
Build strong client relationships that drive long-term success and programme renewals.
Handle warm consultation calls with prospective clients whenever required.
Suggest improvements to coaching systems and internal processes.
Support the team with additional responsibilities when needed. As a growing startup, this may include client communication, Canva designs, or other operational tasks that help move the business forward.
