Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth across the firm’s financial products and services.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research to understand client segments, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The role involves presenting suitable investment and insurance solutions, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and maintaining high standards of customer service and follow-up. The specialist will track performance metrics, prepare regular business development reports, and participate in client meetings, events, and outreach initiatives to expand the firm’s market presence.
