Role Description The Research Intern – Propulsion Systems will support experimental and analytical work related to green propulsions technology. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in the design and testing of micro-thrusters,
performing laboratory experiments under supervision, collecting and analyzing test data, and documenting results for internal reports and presentations. The intern will help develop models for combustion stability, catalyst performance, and propulsion behavior, and may contribute to literature reviews and technical research summaries. This is an internship role, and it is an on-site position based in Kanpur, requiring regular collaboration with engineers and researchers in laboratory and workshop environments.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in aerospace, mechanical, chemical, or related engineering disciplines, with coursework in propulsion, fluid mechanics, and thermodynamics.
Hands-on laboratory skills, including safe handling of experimental setups, basic instrumentation, and data acquisition for combustion or plasma-related experiments.
