Role Description

The Business Development & Client Relations Manager at VISCO will be responsible for driving business growth across both the Facility Management and Real Estate verticals. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves generating and nurturing new business opportunities, onboarding clients, managing relationships, and supporting the company’s digital growth initiatives.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include lead generation, client acquisition, client onboarding,



sales coordination, relationship management, and follow-ups across prospective and existing clients. The role will also involve identifying potential clients through LinkedIn, Meta, digital platforms, networking, databases, and other outbound channels.

The candidate will work closely with the management and operations teams to understand client requirements, prepare proposals, coordinate meetings, and ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to client onboarding.

The role will additionally contribute to social media and digital marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, content coordination, Meta Ads, lead-generation campaigns, audience targeting, and performance tracking across VISCO’s business verticals.
