We're looking for a hungry, hustler-minded Business Development Intern to join our growth team. If you love talking to people, closing deals, and want real startup experience (not just a certificate) — this is for you.

Location: Remote-first (optional Salt Lake, Kolkata office)
Type: Internship → PPO track

Compensation structure:
Month 1: Unpaid training — you'll learn our sales playbook, cold outreach systems (email/LinkedIn/WhatsApp), objection handling, and how we pitch AI automation to clients.
Month 2-6 (if training goes well): Paid internship + Rs. 2,000+ incentive per confirmed sale (uncapped — the more you close, the more you earn).
After 6 months: Top performers get a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) at Rs. 25,000/month, full-time.

Responsibilities
Cold outreach to potential clients across hospitality, real estate, clinics, D2C/e-commerce.



Run and manage outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp). Pitch our AI automation solutions and book discovery calls. Follow up, negotiate, and help close deals with founders directly. Work closely with the founding team — no red tape, real ownership from day one.

Qualifications
Solid communication skills, confident on calls and chats. Hungry to learn sales, not afraid of rejection or cold outreach. Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup. Prior sales/internship experience is a plus, not mandatory. Comfortable with basic tools (Google Sheets, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business).
