Role Description This full time, on-site Hardware Engineer role is based in the Pune Division. The Hardware Engineer will design and develop electronic hardware solutions for EV and power electronics applications, including detailed circuit design, component selection, and schematic creation. Daily responsibilities include prototyping and testing hardware, performing validation and reliability checks, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing designs for performance, safety,



and manufacturability. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as firmware, mechanical, and product engineering to ensure seamless integration of hardware into complete systems. The Hardware Engineer will also contribute to documentation, compliance with relevant standards, and continuous improvement of hardware development processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Hardware Development and Hardware engineering for embedded and power electronics systems.
Candidates should possess solid Circuit Design skills, including schematic design, component selection, and analysis.
Candidates should possess expertise in Electronics Hardware Design, focusing on EV, power electronics, and related applications.
