Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end installation of rooftop solar PV systems (mounting structure assembly, module placement, stringing, and inverter connections) for residential and commercial facilities.
Conduct site assessments, panel layout reviews, and accurate cable routing as per engineering drawings.
Handle AC/DC wiring, earthing/grounding connections, DB box installation, and protective system integration.
Perform system testing, voltage checks,



pre-commissioning inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
Ensure strict adherence to site safety standards, high-altitude work protocols (harnesses, safety nets), and local electrical codes.
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
3 to 5 years of practical experience in rooftop PV solar installations.
Comfort working at heights on various roof types (tin shed, RCC, tiled).
Hands-on expertise with hand/power tools, electrical testing meters (multimeters, megger), and crimping tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for regional project sites.
