Role Description The Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The Technician will assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar and other renewable energy systems, ensuring proper configuration, safety, and performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine maintenance,



troubleshooting equipment and system issues, conducting basic diagnostics, and supporting grid integration activities under the guidance of senior engineers. The role also involves accurate documentation of work performed, adherence to safety and regulatory standards, coordination with project teams, and occasional customer site visits to support system inspections and service needs.
Qualifications
Technical skills in electrical or electronics systems, basic mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with solar or renewable energy equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
Knowledge of safety protocols, use of hand and power tools, and compliance with relevant electrical and workplace standards.
