Role Description The Office Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role supports daily office operations, including handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. The Office Assistant will manage incoming and outgoing mail, maintain office supplies, and ensure office equipment is functioning properly. Additional responsibilities include organizing files and documents, assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing simple reports, and supporting administrative staff with clerical tasks as needed.



The role requires consistent on-site presence to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and professional office environment.
Qualifications
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, and basic documentation.
Familiarity with Office Equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems.
Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and comfort learning new tools.
High level of attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Prior experience in an office or administrative support role is preferred
