Paxika is looking for a creative, entrepreneurial person in Goa to build and lead new collaborations with restaurants and hotels.
We work at the intersection of food, hospitality and culture, creating pop-ups and experiences in partnership with the right chefs and venues. We’re looking for someone who understands this world, enjoys meeting people, and can take an idea from a conversation to a live project.
What you’ll do
Identify restaurants and hotels in Goa that could be the right partners for Paxika.
Develop new collaboration ideas and pitch them to potential partners.
Own the sales process from first outreach through to closing the partnership.
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant, hotel and hospitality teams.
Work with chefs and other creative talent to develop relevant pop-up and collaboration opportunities.
Lead partnerships once they are confirmed, working closely with the venue, chef and Paxika team to take the project from idea to execution.
Represent Paxika within Goa’s food and hospitality community and continuously build its network.
Who you are
You’re someone who is curious, creative and commercially driven.
You have a genuine interest in food, restaurants, chefs, hotels and the wider hospitality world. You’re comfortable walking into a restaurant, speaking to an owner or GM, pitching an idea and following up until something happens.
You should be:
A solid communicator and relationship builder.
Comfortable with sales, pitching and negotiation.
Proactive and confident enough to create opportunities rather than wait for them.
Creative enough to come up with interesting collaborations and formats.
Organised enough to manage multiple conversations and projects at once.
Someone who takes ownership and enjoys seeing an idea through to execution.
Experience in hospitality, food, events, partnerships, business development or a related creative field is a plus, but we’re more interested in your ability, network, initiative and passion for
