The INSC CF MM team at Amazon India is hiring for a Business Analyst position, seeking a candidate with a solid performance record and hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making. The role requires exceptional analytical skills, the ability to break down complex problems into structured, executable plans, and comfort with high ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be proficient in Macro and SQL, experienced with BI tools, and capable of working with big data from multiple sources. Core responsibilities include setting up robust processes to drive consumer experience improvements, identifying and executing automation projects, building scalable solutions using SQL, Amazon S3 and Quick Sight, and rolling out best practices from other geographies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders across business, operations,



and technical functions using data and facts, and earn trust across varied teams without formal authority. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a high bar on Bias for Action, Deep Dive, Learn and Be Curious, Insist on the Highest Standards, and Ownership.

The candidate should have a basic understanding of the logistics space and should be able to communicate clearly in the written and oral form. She/he should be able to come up with process improvements drive them through completion.
