What Your Role Entails
Own the consumer-centric industrial design and CMF (Colour-Material-Finish) direction for Blue Star's portfolio translating consumer insight and emerging design trends into differentiated product form, feel,



and user experience that strengthens brand appeal and drives commercial success

What You’ll Do:

Consumer Research & Insight
Conduct design research and consumer behaviour studies to translate unmet consumer needs into actionable design briefs
Evaluate design concepts against consumer preferences and market trends to validate design direction ahead of development sign-off
Design Development & CMF
Develop 3D models, sketches, and mock prototypes using design software to communicate design intent and validate form, fit, and finish
Define and apply CMF (Colour, Material, Finish) specifications across categories to ensure aesthetic consistency and on-trend appeal
Research new materials and finishing techniques to expand design possibilities within cost and manufacturing constraints
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and NPD / Engineering teams to align design intent with technical feasibility,
