Role Description The Branch Manager role is a full-time,

Responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch staff, setting performance targets, monitoring branch performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, corporate clients, and local partners, as well as supporting marketing initiatives and community outreach to increase brand visibility. The Branch Manager will also handle escalated customer queries, review operational processes for continuous improvement, and prepare regular reports on branch performance.
