Role Description The Human Resources Officer at ExpertUni will be responsible for supporting and implementing HR processes that foster a positive,



compliant, and performance-oriented work environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves managing daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing onboarding and induction, and supporting recruitment and selection activities. The role includes assisting in the development and communication of HR policies, coordinating performance reviews, and handling employee relations matters such as grievances, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution. The Human Resources Officer will collaborate with managers to develop clear job descriptions, ensure adherence to labor laws and company standards, and contribute to HR reporting and analytics. The role also requires participation in HR projects and process improvements to support organizational growth and employee development.
