Accounting :
• Complete P/L Responsibility with monthly management accounts
• AP, AR and GL management
• Bank and Inter company reconciliations
• Monthly Prepayment and accrual scheduling
• Monitoring and Managing overseas branches accounts remotely
Compliance And Regulation
• Ensure adherence to all financial compliances and regulations in India.
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and implement necessary changes within the company.
• Expertise in FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) regulations and compliance.
• Manage GST returns, TDS returns, personal tax returns, and all other Indian tax compliances.

Audit And Taxation
• Coordinate and manage Statutory audits.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with all tax regulations.
• Implement strategies for tax planning and optimization.
Financial Management:
• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support business decision making.




• Finalize accounts and ensure all financial statements are prepared accurately and on time.
• Work closely with the auditor for final standalone and consolidated audits.
• Preparation of Financial projection and Business plans.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) , CA (Intermediate) OR CMA OR MCom with relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, Preferably from construction , Building materials, exports or a manufacturing setup.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian financial regulations, compliance, and taxation.
• Proven experience in the consolidation of accounts with international companies.
• Robust knowledge of GST returns, TDS returns, personal tax returns, and other Indian tax compliances.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in financial softwares ERP systems , Advance MS Excel
