Role Description The Article Trainee will support the firm’s finance, taxation, and management consulting assignments under the guidance of senior professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and working papers, conducting basic research on regulatory and accounting matters, and helping with documentation and compliance tasks for clients,



including startups and SMEs. The trainee will also participate in IFRS-related projects, data analysis, and report drafting, while maintaining accurate records and following internal quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, requiring regular coordination with team members and proactive learning in a professional environment.
Qualifications

Robust foundation in accounting, finance, and taxation, with the ability to apply concepts to practical client assignments.
Analytical and research skills to interpret regulations, standards (including IFRS), and other technical materials.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with financial and tax-related software tools.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing working papers, reports, and client correspondence.
