Role Description The WE’RE HIRING – COMPANY SECRETARY / CS EXECUTIVE role at J Gulati & Co. is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves handling day-to-day corporate secretarial work, including preparation and filing of statutory forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other regulators. Responsibilities include drafting board and shareholder meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions,



and maintaining statutory registers and records. The CS Executive will assist in incorporation of companies and LLPs, changes in directorship or share capital, and other corporate actions in compliance with applicable laws. The role also includes supporting compliance audits, tracking regulatory deadlines, coordinating with clients for required information, and preparing reports and documentation as needed.
Qualifications
Professional qualification as Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI; candidates who have completed CS Executive or CS Professional levels are preferred.
Strong knowledge of Companies Act, corporate governance principles, and relevant regulatory frameworks (MCA, ROC, SEBI, LLP Act, as applicable).
Proficiency in drafting corporate documents, including notices, minutes, resolutions, agreements, and statutory correspondence.
