Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our digital wellness products. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of Detoxit's platform by identifying user needs, defining impactful product experiences, and delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive engagement, retention, and meaningful behavioral change.
The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership, analytical thinking, user empathy, and a passion for digital well-being. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, marketing,
and leadership teams to build products that help millions of users achieve healthier digital lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute product strategy aligned with Detoxit's mission, business objectives, and user needs.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and ideation to launch, optimization, and scaling.
Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Translate customer insights and business goals into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Partner closely with engineering, UX/UI design, and data teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Prioritize features and initiatives using data, customer feedback, experimentation, and strategic impact.
Establish product success metrics and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement, retention, well-being outcomes, and revenue growth.
