Role Description The Tele Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to engage prospective and existing clients, explain UNEVO CONSULTANT’s digital marketing services, and generate qualified leads. Daily responsibilities include following call scripts, maintaining call logs, updating CRM records, scheduling follow-up calls or meetings, and providing transparent information about service offerings and pricing.



The role also involves coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, sharing customer feedback, and contributing to campaign outreach efforts. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ranchi, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
