About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-driven EdTech Sales professionals with 0–5 years of experience to join our sales team.



The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
* Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses/programs.
* Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/ATS.
* Build strong relationships with students and parents.
* Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.
* Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
* Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
