Position : Technical Lead/Technical Manager - Full Stack and AI Engineering

Location : Okhla Phase-I, New Delhi, work from office

Scope : Leading engineering teams across several projects at once

About the role :

We are looking for someone who started as a full stack developer and grew into a technical leader. You will own the architecture, lead the team, and still write and review code yourself. A good part of the work is adding AI LLMs, RAG and agents into real enterprise applications.

What you will do :

- Lead and mentor full stack engineering teams across several projects.
- Design architecture for applications that are scalable, secure and fast.
- Build and integrate GenAI, LLMs, RAG and AI agents into enterprise applications.
- Stay hands-on coding, code reviews and design discussions.
- Work with product managers, stakeholders and clients to turn requirements into technical plans.




- Keep the team to Agile practices, DevOps standards and clean code.
- Assess new AI tools and advise on what is worth using.

What you need engineering :

- 7+ years building enterprise software.
- Solid in at least one of Python, Node.js, Java or .NET.
- React.js, Angular or Vue.js on the frontend.
- REST APIs, microservices, authentication and distributed systems.
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and Redis.
- AWS, Azure or GCP, with Docker, Kubernetes, Git and CI/CD.

What you need AI :

- Recent hands-on work building AI applications.
- Good understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Practical experience with RAG.
- LangChain, LangGraph, Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI agents.
- Experience putting AI into enterprise products and running it in production.
