Job Summary: We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with international customers via calls/chats/emails
- Provide accurate information and resolve queries professionally
- Promote products, services, and special offers
- Deliver exceptional customer experience while meeting targets
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts and night shift

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline.
- Graduate Freshers are eligible only
- Undergraduate / 12th pass are not eligible
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-service-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Comfortable with 2 rotational weekly offs.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Advantages

- CTC: ₹2.55 LPA
- In-Hand Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹17,000 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
