Designation: MIS Executive Company: GBG EV Department: Operations / MIS Reporting To: MIS Manager / Operations Manager Employment Type: Full time Location: Noida About the RoleGBG EV is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage business data, prepare reports, maintain dashboards, and provide accurate information to management for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities 1. MIS & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required. Collect, consolidate, and maintain data from different departments. Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports. Prepare management reports and performance summaries. Maintain proper records and databases.

- Data Management & Analysis Analyze operational and business data to identify trends and gaps. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports. Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for correction. Maintain data confidentiality and accuracy.
- Dashboard & Tracker Management Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and reports. Update daily operational and performance trackers. Automate recurring reports wherever possible. Maintain proper documentation of reporting formats and data sources. 4.

Coordination

Coordinate with Sales, Operations,



Finance, HR, Fleet, and other departments for data collection. Follow up with respective teams for pending or incorrect information. Provide timely data and reports to management. Support various departments with data requirements. 5.

Process Improve

Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and reduce manual work. Develop standardized reporting formats and processes. Ensure timely availability of accurate business information.

Required Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, and Excel dashboards . Good data analysis and reporting skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines. Knowledge of Google Sheets and Power BI will be an added advantage. Eligibility &

Experience: Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Management, or a similar role. Candidates with strong Excel skills and relevant experience will be preferred.

Experience in EV, Mobility, Fleet, Sales, or Operations is an advantage.
