Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, implement, and support business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint, along with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop business applications using Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Develop automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
- Design and manage solutions using Microsoft Dataverse.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create technical designs,



solution documentation, data models, and workflow specifications.
- Configure security roles, permissions, environments, and access controls.
- Develop reusable components and follow Power Platform development best practices.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and performance issues.
- Participate in testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
- Implement Power Platform ALM practices using Solutions, Development/Test/Production environments, and deployment pipelines.
- Work with stakeholders, architects, developers, and business teams to deliver projects successfully.
- Monitor platform usage and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform features, capabilities, and best practices.
