About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEPF Engineer to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and reviewing MEPF services for architectural, Industrial and interior projects while ensuring proper integration with architectural and structural requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and review MEP service layouts, drawings, and technical documentation for projects.

· Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting (MEPF) services with architectural and consultant drawings.

· Review consultant drawings and identify design clashes, discrepancies, and coordination issues.

· Assist in preparation and review of BOQ, specifications, load calculations, equipment schedules, and technical details.

· Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical proposals from contractors/vendors.





· Conduct site visits to monitor MEPF execution and resolve technical/design-related issues.

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering

Skills

· Strong knowledge of MEPF services.

· Valuable understanding of building services and their coordination with architectural design.

· Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD must require.

· Knowledge of Revit MEP / BIM will be an added advantage.

· Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage and fire-fighting systems.

· Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and documentation skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
