Only cardiologist for this role.

It will be contractual Job as you have to spend only 1-2 hr in a day from office (Mon to Fri)

Preferred candidate profile To provide expert clinical guidance, medical interpretation, and risk assessment support to the life insurance underwriting function. This role ensures high-quality medical evaluation, consistent risk decisions, and supports governance, training, and strategic initiatives in medical underwriting

- Provide expert interpretation of medical records, diagnostic tests, and clinical histories.

- Review and analyse

- Electrocardiograms (ECG)

- Treadmill Tests (TMT)

- Echocardiograms (2D Echo)

- Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT)

- Ultrasonography (USG)
- Other relevant diagnostic and laboratory reports
- Offer clinical opinions on mortality and morbidity impacts for life insurance applicants
- Advise underwriting teams on medical risk assessment and case decisions.
- Provide inputs for high-sum-assured and complex cases.
- Refine or review medical underwriting guidelines.
- Support facultative reinsurance discussions for medical assessment
