This is a call-center based role involving both inbound and outbound calls, where you will guide patients through their surgical journey.

The role covers two segments: ● High-End Surgeries: Cases like cardiac (bypass), cancer, etc. ● Post-Op / OPD Conversions: Follow-ups and converting consultations into surgeries.

Key Responsibilities: ● Patient Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact, guiding patients through their treatment journey with explicit and empathetic communication. ● Consultation Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, diagnostics, and hospital visits with doctors and facilities under Narayana Health. ● Medical Case Handling: Understand patient requirements and align them with the appropriate department, doctor, or treatment plan. ● Pre &

- Post-Surgery Support:



Assist with pre-surgery preparations and ensure timely post-operative follow-ups and care coordination. ● Inbound &

- Coordination: Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with hospital teams and internal stakeholders for seamless case management.
