We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Medical Assistant / Nurse (Female) to provide primary healthcare services within our factory premises. The role involves ensuring the health and well-being of employees through medical consultation, treatment, and emergency care, as well as promoting workplace health and safety. The incumbent will work closely with HR and compliance teams to maintain occupational health standards, manage medical records, and support preventive healthcare initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to handle workplace medical situations efficiently.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Observing & understanding the patient's behavior in the factory.
- Coordinating with the healthcare professional in treatment & Assist on-duty doctors.
- Carrying out the requisite treatment and medication.
- Doing stitching, dressing, and other medical care.
- Doing the required paperwork. Checking all medical equipment and medicine.
- Checking inventory and doing requisition.

Provide

Medical assistance to the employees.

- Responsible for providing quality first aid support to the injured peoples.
- Maintaining, observing and recording the condition of patients.
- Any other relevant tasks assign by the management.

Academic Qualifications

- Diploma in Nursing
- Concentration/Major: Diploma in Nursing with valid BMDC registration

Others Requirements

- Age: 22 - 40 years
- Gender: Female
- Training/Course: N/A




- Area of Expertise: First aid skills

Experience And Skills

- 1 - 3 years (Freshers are allowed to apply)
