Role Description The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and systems related to measurement and process instrumentation. This full-time, on-site role in Sonipat involves creating detailed design drawings, 3D models, and specifications using CAD tools, while ensuring that designs meet performance, safety, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing requirements, performing design calculations, participating in design reviews, and supporting prototyping and testing activities.





The engineer will also contribute to product improvements, documentation, and troubleshooting, working closely with manufacturing and procurement to ensure efficient production and implementation.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in core Mechanical Engineering and design principles.
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Machine Design for industrial and instrumentation applications.
- Experience in Product Design, including concept development and design optimization.
- Hands-on expertise with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for 2D drawings and 3D modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, materials selection, and tolerance analysis is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively on-site in cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with engineering, production, and service teams.
