Role Title: Master Trainer

About the Role

We are hiring a Master Trainer to train and upskill school teachers to deliver high-quality learning in Robotics, Electronics, AI, and Design (CAD). Beyond training, you will be assigned to schools as their ongoing point of support after the training is complete, making sure the teaching quality you build actually holds in the classroom over time.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver structured teacher training programs that raise teaching quality in classrooms and labs.

- Create the training content teachers can apply directly: guides, slides, assignments, and follow-up challenges.

- Design the assessments that measure whether teachers are ready to deliver, and certify them against a clear standard.

- Serve as the assigned point of support for schools after training, holding regular check-ins and helping teachers improve where needed.

- Run workshops that build teacher confidence in both pedagogy and technical delivery for Robotics, Electronics, and CAD-based design.

- Build a continuous upskilling system through regular learning activities, challenges, and follow-ups.

- Track teacher progress and performance through assessments,



evidence, and feedback, and support improvement over time.

- Keep training content current with relevant AI developments and education use cases, and connect them to classroom delivery.

- Coach teachers on classroom strategy, student behaviour, teaching routines, and project-based learning.

- Design reporting and auditing systems that scale, so teaching quality can be monitored consistently across many schools.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Proven experience training teachers, facilitators, or educators, with evidence of past programs, workshops, or outcomes.

- Strong ability to communicate, teach adults, and run structured workshops.

- Experience creating training materials, teacher guides, and assessments.

- Strong understanding of pedagogy and classroom strategy.

- Strong subject familiarity with Robotics, Electronics, and CAD-based design at school level.

- Robust knowledge of AI domains and applications, especially in education.
