Alongside this, we run Marketing Sherpa, where we craft bold B2B campaigns for US-based SaaS and services companies with AI as the engine of storytelling, outreach, and engagement. We’ve delivered 100+ innovation projects, generated $10M+ in outcomes, and built a space where ambitious people learn quick, push boundaries, and make a real impact. What You’ll Do: Business Sherpa (70% of your time)

- Run marketing campaigns on LinkedIn & build content strategy internally and for clients
- Interview founders and business leaders on short podcasts with another podcast host from the team
- Facilitate innovation sessions to help client teams adopt AI-enabled ways of working. We’ll train you from the basics, and it's a lot of fun :)
- Review and user test AI software our tech team builds for us and clients every week.

Marketing Sherpa (30% of your time)

- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through LinkedIn outreach.




- Design and run campaigns, funnels, and content (videos, articles, podcasts) that stand out.
- Experiment with AI-powered marketing tactics to boost efficiency and impact.
- Collaborate with creative minds to deliver campaigns that can’t be ignored.

✅ You’ll Be a Fit If You

- Have 2–3 years of experience in facilitation, B2B marketing, or client-facing roles.
- Are ambitious, curious, and hungry to grow.
- Love improving processes, people, and marketing.
- Communicate clearly, solve problems proactively, and thrive in collaboration.
- Are excited about becoming AI-enabled in your career.
