-Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic relationships with car showroom executives to establish solid market presence and drive referral-based business.

Drive lead generation and market penetration strategies for PPF (Paint Protection Film), Ceramic Coating, Car Wrapping, and Car Care service lines.

Engage prospective customers directly, positioning product offerings and service packages to maximize conversions.

Own the enquiry-to-conversion funnel, ensuring consistent and timely follow-up to close business.

Build, expand, and manage a referral network across key automotive ecosystem partners, garage owners, insurance agents, used car dealers, RTO agents, and automobile accessory shops; to create sustainable lead channels.

Track and analyze daily visit and lead performance data to refine market strategy and outreach effectiveness.





- Take ownership of monthly sales targets, driving business growth through relationship-led marketing initiatives.

- Skills needed

Lead generation and pipeline management

Negotiation and deal-closing skills

Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals

Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.

- Experience in automotive sales is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
