About the Role

As Elevest scales its content engine, we're looking for a creative, ideas-first Content Intern to support our YouTube growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes content spotting formats that work,

generating fresh video ideas, and turning them into scroll-stopping scripts across YouTube, Instagram, and beyond.

If you understand what makes people watch, save, and share, and you're excited to build a finance content brand that connects with everyday Indian investors, this role is for you.

Expect to be on the move — shuttling between shoots and the office, owning content calendars, and making sure every release goes out on time and on point. It's rapid, it's hands-on, and no two days look the same.

Key Responsibilities

Primary — YouTube Content Development





- Ideate and develop new content formats and video concepts for our YouTube channel.
- Research trending topics, formats, and creators in the personal-finance and creator space, and translate them

into ideas that fit the Elevest voice.
- Build and maintain a content pipeline — from idea to outline to shoot-ready brief.
- Support the end-to-end video process alongside the marketing team as the channel scales.

Secondary — Short-Form Scripting
- Write crisp, engaging scripts for Reels and YouTube Shorts (for both YouTube and Instagram).
- Adapt long-form video content into short-form hooks and cut-downs.

Supporting
- Identify stories and content pieces worth telling across our social handles.
- Assist with ad-hoc content and copywriting needs as they arise.
