About UR CUP

We are a café brand with two outlets, one in Greater Kailash 1 and one at CBD Mall, Faridabad. Both opened this year.

Everything on our menu is made in our own kitchen. The bread is baked every morning, the paneer is set from milk, the pesto and hummus and every sauce are made from scratch. Nothing packaged, nothing bought in.

The company is founded by the team that built UClean into India's largest laundry and dry cleaning chain, now past 900 franchises across 10 countries. UR CUP is at the very beginning of that journey.

The job

You will be at our GK1 café most days.

You will message micro, macro and mega influencers, and most of them will not reply. You will chase the ones who do until they actually turn up. You will negotiate the terms, barter or paid, and then make sure the deliverables land on time.

You will walk over to a table where someone has just finished a sandwich and ask what they honestly thought of it. Then you will make something out of that answer.

You will build content for our Instagram and LinkedIn.





And you will sit with both founders and argue about how to get more people through the door. We do not have the answer either. That is the point.

What we are looking for

Someone who lives on Instagram and understands why a reel works in the first four seconds, because that is where our customers decide where to eat.

Someone who will keep going after the first fifteen people ignore them.

Someone comfortable walking up to a stranger in a café and starting a conversation.

Graduates and current undergraduates are both welcome. We do not care about your marks.

No prior experience required. This is a first job, and we will treat it like one.

What we are not offering A brand name for your CV. We are two cafés old and we are not going to dress that up.

A desk job. You will be in our cafés, not behind a laptop in an office.

Someone to tell you exactly what to do every morning.

What we are offering

₹15,000 per month. Travel and expenses reimbursed on actuals.

Direct access to both founders, with no layers in between.

Six months, converting to a full time role if it works out for both sides.

And the chance to find out whether you can actually pull people into a room. Most people never find out.
