About the RoleWe are looking for a Marketing & Growth Strategist who can understand a client's business, identify growth opportunities, develop campaign concepts, and take those ideas from strategy to execution.

This is a client-facing and hands-on role where you will work closely with clients, production teams, performance marketers and social media teams to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet clients and understand their business, target audience and growth objectives.
- Develop marketing strategies, campaign concepts and content ideas aligned with business goals.
- Present and explain campaign ideas to clients and recommend ways to improve their digital presence and business growth.
- Meet prospects and consult them on digital marketing strategies and opportunities.
- Prepare campaign concepts, content banks and creative briefs for clients.
- Develop and manage monthly social media/content calendars.
- Coordinate with the production team, designers, editors and videographers to execute campaigns.
- Plan and execute shoots with videographers based on campaign concepts.
- Ensure content is produced and delivered according to the strategy and calendar.
- Manage and oversee clients' social media handles.
- Coordinate with clients to review CRM data, leads, enquiries, bookings, footfalls and other business metrics.




- Track the live performance and growth of client accounts and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with Performance Marketers by providing campaign concepts, creative directions and content requirements.
- Analyze campaign and content performance and use insights to improve future campaigns.
- Proactively identify new marketing and growth opportunities for clients.

- Comfortable meeting clients and business owners.
- Ability to think strategically as well as execute hands-on.
- Good understanding of social media and content marketing.
- Comfortable coordinating and directing shoots with videographers.
- Ability to understand CRM data and connect marketing activity with business results.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- High ownership and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu (Optional).
- Agency/client servicing experience is a plus.
