About the role

We're looking for a Marketing & Brand Associate to help run the day-to-day marketing, content, and digital presence of the business. This is a broad role for someone who wants real ownership early in their career (Recent business graduates preferred) and would like to gain experience working with a Canadian Inc.

You'll be creating content, managing our social channels, keeping our website current, and supporting our operations remotely, This is a outstanding fit for someone who writes well, has a good eye for visual content, and wants to learn the operational side of running a creative business from the ground up.

We provide structured on-the-job training during the first 3 months to bring you up to speed on our tools, brand voice, and workflows.

What you'll do

- Content: Write and produce content across formats (captions, posts, newsletters, product descriptions, announcements etc.) in a consistent brand voice
- Social media: Plan, schedule, and manage our social media presence, tracking performance and adjusting what's working
- Website management: Keep our website updated and accurate, including product listings, show/event pages, and general maintenance
- Event support:



Provide remote coordination support during live art shows and fairs (this includes some weekend availability specifically on show days, not a regular weekend schedule)
- General marketing admin: Support day-to-day marketing and communications tasks as they come up

What we're looking for

- A recent graduate (bachelor's or master's) ready to bring energy and ownership to a growing small business
- Excellent written and spoken English, this role is content-heavy, and strong communication is one of the most important skills for it
- Comfort with Canva or similar design tools, and genuine interest in content creation and social media
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage a full workday with minimal oversight
- Reliable mid/evening shift availability up to 40 hours/week with weekly schedule and KPIs planned in advance

No prior professional experience required. We're looking for a strong candidate with real potential and solid fundamentals over a long resume, someone proactive, genuinely eager to grow with the brand, and invested in building something alongside us rather than just executing tasks.

Candidates with 'an affinity for art or the art world' will be highly preferred.
