Role Description

This is a full-time in office role based in Indore for a Marketing and Business Development Intern. The intern will support market research activities, including identifying target segments, tracking industry trends, and analyzing competitor offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, supporting sales outreach, and helping prepare presentations, marketing collateral, and reports.





The intern will engage with prospective and existing customers, respond to inquiries, and help maintain strong relationships through attentive customer service. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to streamline lead management, update CRM records, and contribute to campaign performance reviews.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze data, and derive insights about customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
- Foundational Sales skills, including lead generation support, follow-up coordination, and assisting in proposal or pitch preparation.
- Understanding of Marketing Strategy, with the ability to support campaign planning, content development, and basic performance tracking.
- Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and problem-solving for clients and prospects.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Comfort with digital tools and productivity software; familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site startup environment, prioritize tasks, and learn quickly about data protection and compliance.
