About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our manufacturing team as Manufacturing Engineer Associates. The selected candidates will work closely with production teams on the shop floor and gain hands-on experience in machine operations, fitting activities, assembly processes, production and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
- Operate CNC/VMC and conventional machines under supervision.
- Perform fitting, assembly, and machine setup activities as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and manufacturing documents.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, work instructions, and company policies.
- Monitor production parameters and maintain production records.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams for smooth operations.




- Participate in troubleshooting manufacturing and process-related issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of tools, gauges, and measuring instruments.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and measurement techniques.
- Familiarity with CNC machining and fabrication processes is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and in shifts, if required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (2025/2026 Pass-Outs Preferred).
- Eagerness to learn manufacturing processes and industrial practices.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
