Job Requirements

Role Summary:

Looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise‑wide digital transformation initiatives across Salesforce (SFDC) and other peripheral business applications. The role is responsible for driving program delivery, stakeholder alignment, and business outcomes across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own and manage the digital transformation roadmap across SFDC and other peripheral applications

- Lead multiple concurrent initiatives, enhancements, and integrations
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
- Track program timelines, dependencies, risks, and milestones
- Oversee UAT, release planning, rollout, and user adoption
- Provide regular program status and outcome reporting to senior leadership
- Project management certification preferred, Salesforce certification is an added advantage

Work Experience

Experience: 5-7 Years

Required Skills & Experience:





- Strong experience managing CRM and enterprise application programs
- Experience working with multiple business systems and integrations
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross‑functional coordination skills
- Familiarity with Agile / Hybrid delivery models
- Excellent Communication skills
