Experience: Min 12 to 20 yrs industrial experience (chemicals mostly) from Greenfield & brownfield Chemical projects.

Work location: 1) Project at Khopoli in Mumbai, 2) Project at Nerul in Mumbai

Job Purpose

Project Maintenance involve in Breakdown, Preventive Maintenance, Plant Maintenance planning for smooth running of plant, Spare parts management.

Project management throughout the life cycle of the Green field and brown field project in a cost effective manner, from the technical, qualitative & commercial angles, while promoting further work opportunity through successful project handover.

Key Responsibilities

Majorly involve in Project Maintenance those includes Breakdown, Preventive Maintenance, Plant Maintenance planning for smooth running of plant, Spare parts management.

For expansion of project, you have to develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines and budgets.

The role requires expertise in full lifecycle project management, cost control, scheduling, GIDC liaisoning, Govt permissions for new project and environmental safety.

Comply with legal & statutory requirements, ISO / OSHAS standards and safety standards

Developing 2D machine layouts and superimpose the new machines for Time and Motion Study.





Work closely with project engineers & designer, vendors, stakeholders & Govt authorities for liaisoning to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing smoothly.

Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, including plans, designs, reports, and updates.

Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and report on financial status.

Ensure all project activities meet or exceed industry standards, regulations, and company quality guidelines.

Address technical issues and project challenges, providing solutions to keep the project on track.

Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Project Progress and Look ahead plan.

Preferred candidate profile

Sound knowledge in Techno-Commercial of Machines used in Mfg Industry

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Ms Excel), with a solid understanding of engineering principles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information.

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
