Role Summary
The Sales Engineer – Domestic Sales will drive technical sales activities, customer engagement, and business development for Prism’s domestic market, reporting to the Domestic Sales Head.



This role carries end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle for assigned accounts and territories — from lead generation and technical discussions through techno-commercial proposals, negotiation, and order closure.
The ideal candidate is a technically grounded sales professional who can understand a customer’s process requirements, translate them into a suitable machinery solution, and carry that solution through commercial negotiation to a confirmed order. This is a high-travel, customer-facing role (60–70% travel across India) that requires both technical credibility on the shop floor and the relationship-building skills to convert inquiries into long-term customer partnerships.
