Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Bengaluru North, with a compensation package of up to 5 LPA. The role involves identifying prospective buyers, presenting real estate projects, conducting site visits, and guiding clients through the end-to-end property purchase process. The Real Estate Sales professional will maintain and update client databases, follow up on leads, and negotiate terms to close sales in line with company targets.



Responsibilities include providing clear, accurate information on property features, pricing, and legal aspects, coordinating with internal teams and developers, and ensuring a positive client experience from initial contact to post-sale support. The role also requires regular market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
