About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented qualified to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution, strong client relationships, and measurable business outcomes.





Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing & Account Management:
Act as the point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and long-term relationships.
Understand client requirements, business goals, and challenges to provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
Present campaign strategies, reports, and performance updates to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Handle client queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Project Management:
Oversee end-to-end execution of digital marketing projects (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Email Marketing, Web Development, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, design, SEO, paid ads, development) to ensure deliverables are met within timelines and budgets.
Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and share regular updates with both clients and internal stakeholders.
