Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Panaji. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers, as well as corporate and medical tourism partners. Responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies, managing client relationships, conducting market research,



and preparing proposals and presentations to promote Trinity Labs and Diagnostics’ services. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure service excellence, tracking sales performance, and reporting on key business development metrics. The Business Development Manager will also represent the organization at industry events and networking forums to expand brand visibility and partnerships.
Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and sustain partnerships in healthcare and medical tourism.
Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and negotiation to support revenue growth and business expansion.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with medical professionals, corporate clients, and international partners.
